Professional development modules for Transitional Kindergarten (TK) were developed through a collaboration of county offices of education with funding from the David and Lucile Packard Foundation. The TK modules provide an overview of The Alignment of the California Preschool Learning Foundations with Key Early Education Resources (CDE, 2012) and include strategies and resources to support the implementation of transitional kindergarten.
The Transitional Kindergarten Implementation Guide with video links is now posted on the California Department of Education website. The videos can be accessed from each chapter divider page within the Guide.
