Personnel Administrative Services Steering Committee (PASSCo)

The Personnel Administrative Services Steering Committee (PASSCo) provides support for effective, efficient, and meaningful personnel and employee relations programs for county offices of education and school districts, provides professional development for county personnel administrators and their staffs, facilitates coordination with the CDE and the Commission on Teacher Credentialing, and provides a forum for discussion about personnel and employee relations issues and legislation.
