Common Core Implementation in California: A Status Report

At the State Board of Education meeting on November 6, CCSESA representatives presented their findings from a statewide survey of Common Core State Standards implementation. The goals of the survey were to gather information from school districts in nine specific areas, synthesize that information into actionable data for state policy makers, and provide feedback to County Offices of Education about the level of implementation of districts within their county. The summary report can be found below. CCSESA will continue to provide support and assistance to districts and state policy makers throughout implementation.
